I'm willing to bet that's where this chapter ends, meaning this is all just the story of kh1 only shorter and told from the perspective of the RoD

Venom Mickey refuses to wield the Kingdom Key D, and as a result Sora gets killed fighting Emblem Heartless after realizing the light was actually his mom.

Meanwhile Big Mickey manages to shut down the Organization's plans for war and world domination by going through the darkness wave chamber and uploading DiZ's data directly to their uplink which destroys them.
He gets attacked by Xehanort on the way out, who reveals that he was actually not Oswald all along, but the one true Oswaldfag who grafted Oswald's toon to himself in order to fool the Organization into thinking his mind has been overtaken and trick them out of respect for The Walt. The two fight and Xehanort dies.

Outside, Riku wakes up to find people searching the place where he hid Wakka's heart. Going to the island, he confesses to Tidus that he's let the darkness take numerous people, including Wakka. Incredulously, Tidus mentions that he just had dinner with Wakka in Traverse Town last week.

We are left to wonder whether the scenes of Riku letting the darkness take people's hearts really happened or were a figment of his imagination all along, as the The World that Never Was is surrounded by the Galactic Council's people and the Organizations' satellites lay destroyed, their plans ruined forever. However, Venom Mickey triggers the Keyblade War as a desire to escape from everything and the world melts into hearts. There, a vision of Minnie convinces him that he must open himself to the world, and he wakes up on a beach next to Sora, who he proceeds to strangle. The world lays in ruin and hearts, but there is a chance that people will slowly return from the sea of hearts.

That's kind of the gist of it.
