1. leave a border and cut out after applying
2. put application paper on top to bottom instead of side to side so the roll isn't at the ends of a long design
3. set out application paper under something heavy and flat like your mom's ass for a day so it doesn't want to roll

if none of that works get better application paper, but customers want easy to peel. you can probably save that one with your mom's ass.
