The rate is high but that is the lowest due to combined insurance discount (home owner). The neighborhood has been declining over the years due to lots of blacks and homeless. Thinking of moving. Other cars get broken into but mine is still pristine due to garage and fenced yard with two dogs, alarms, and additional lights on separate pole.

So basically my rate is due to all the other cars in the neighborhood getting prowled by homeless.

Your huge insurance rate makes it profitable to look at other nearby zip codes for lower rates and live there instead. Or you can explore with your insurance agent different locations in your zip code that have lower rates since rates are not just by zip code but by zones within a zip code. Invest the time.

it's under my dad's plan. he has like 3 other cars

That's cheap. What kind of coverage do you have?

2014 Dodge Challenger/2001 Dodge Dakota.

Minus glass, full coverage. It also helps that I've been with progressive for over a decade on top of me being 32 and having a pristine driving record.

Crazy. I'm older and have been with my company for more than a decade as well. I'm not sure what's on my record though. I'll have to see if I can pull it.

If your Challenger is a base model then I would call up your insurance. It sounds like you're paying way too much. With you being over the age of 30, even if you had the hellcat model it shouldn't cost $200 with a decent driver record.

I feel the pain. No one can drive for shit down here and then we wonder why our rates are so high. And I just drive a little beat up dodge dakota

$180 a month, FL

Lease is up in may moving up north asap fucking hate fort lauderdale.

It's an SRT8. I just pulled up my driving record from ServiceArizona and there's nothing negative on it. In fact, there's nothing on it at all. I may have to do some shopping around. I do have full coverage as well as low deductibles, underinsured/uninsured 300/100, glass, towing, rental, etc. But I also have discounts for multiple vehicle and home. Could be my zipcode too though, it went up like $30 when I moved last year.

>No one can drive for shit down here and then we wonder why our rates are so high
Funny thing, after I posted that I went to pick up a friend and almost got T-boned by a soccer mom on her phone. How far north are you moving?

Georgia fag here. Visiting family in Ohio. People can still suck ass in the north, at least in Cincinnati. I've seen at least 10 people texting and driving on the interstate in the last 2 days. Although Atlanta drivers can suck my ass. Some of the worst drivers I've ever seen in my life.

>almost got T-boned by a soccer mom on her phone
And she'll swear it's all your fault too. I know that's the type around here. They switch from soccer mom into selfish barracuda in one second because they feel having children to take care of gives them every right in the world.

Also, I have a home insurance, life insurance, and 3 other vehicles on the same policy.

The GT500 is set up as a "modern classic" so as long as I keep the mileage below a certain number, it's cheap to insure.
