I did something similar a week or two ago. I took a female assistant's PDA and a camera as an IAA and hid in the bathrooms. I also set up a mannequin wearing a bathing suit in there. I would PDA random dudes and initiate potential lewd situations (without actually anything lewd, just hinting towards it). I would wait for them to come over, then when they come in, see the mannequin, and understand what's happening, I would jump out of a stall and take a picture of them. After that, I'd write a detailed report, send it to Centcomm (with the photograph as evidence), then usually they'd make an announcement about it to the entire station. Eventually, Bear Force One got called in and one guy ended up getting lynched.
