I've recently got into OSRS, is it worth it to save up the money in f2p for a bond or should i just spend the 20 bucks for a 3 month membership (and then buy bonds after that).

spend $6 on a 1 month and in that time you should be able to get enough for another.

spend the IRL money until you feel like you can dedicate reasonably enough time to buy a bond. its all about balancing time saved vs RL money saved

I live in the USA on a norther border state so maybe spending the $200 on a passport is worth it compared to applying for a cc, dc or paypal which I'm b& from.

If you google runescape cards, the official website has a list of shops you can buy them. I'm looking at it right now and it has Target, Rite Aid, 7-11, Wal-Mart etc. Maybe they don't carry them around you but I'd give it another try before doing anything drastic.
