They forgot to add Kirin. Ravian is the only balanced one because bandwagoners don't know how to build her.
If their active CD wasn't so damn low, and the spirit cost wasn't half bar, they would be ok, but as it is, they're too strong in the long run.

Because Angela is an already old 5* that is better than every other goalie, including Jin who is a legend.
Meanwhile, Presty is brand new, legendary, and only made to be used as a goalie, while Angela can be used as CM for pve purposes and it's still effective.
It makes sense Legends are stronger than regular players, not the other way around.
