Don't fight the stunties early game just conquer the other orcs. Later when you get black orcs and boar big uns the dorfs are easy enough because they have no spears or cavalry. In sieges they are still a pain in the ass.

Make sure you have as many ammonution upgrades from the campaign as possible, bring 3-5 infantry that can hold a line, 1 or 2 of those archer heroes to lock down and focus fire important targets (lords and big guys), a couple of dragons and/or a handful of wild riders to overwhelm easy targets, one of those treeman hero units for his sick spells, and archers for the rest

Run the timer out and you win.
