A pretty bad gap closer. You can use it to return to the boss after having to move away for whatever reason, usually a mechanic. Or to stay on the boss for longer before having to move for the mechanic. It can also be used like Shoulder Tackle and Jump to negate knockback/repel
General movement/gap closer. If you have to move out of melee range of a boss to do mechanics, use it to quickly get back in or use it to get a few extra GCDs in before jumping out.

DRG, although it has a lot of animation lock so you're going to have to be precise.
MNK in a close second. they get an aura that provides slight runspeed and they also get a charge.
NIN gets a run speed buff and a tiny backjump, very minuscule though.
BRD gets a song that increases the party's movespeed by a good amount as well as a backjump.
DRK has a leap, not much but hey if you want to tank its an option.
DRG is your best option, it has a high skill ceiling though especially if you intend to make good use of all that mobility. Though I'm sure someone who mains a different job getting angry at me will say differently.
