Anyone have any tips or general things they do to chill out or stop getting mad all together?

Things like almost hitting mei before she freezes me, but I can't due to the turn slow, or being killed by 76 near instantly when they guy isn't even aiming on my head, or DVA tunneling me and it's death because she just can't die. Multiple automatic losses in a row with trolls/leavers just feed my rage and make it much easier to get to worked up. Other things like teammates being unreasonable or no heals/obvious pick/block an ult also annoy me.

If that happens too often I go from "that's irritating" to "fucking prick" to "SKILLLESS PIECE OF SHIT NICE WALL HOOK FAGGOT" to "ILL FUCKING GET MY FUCKING REVENGE YOU STUPID FUCKING CUNT" to "DRRAHIF ILL FUCKING KILL YOU" and then I have to stop playing. My voice gradually goes up until I'm almost screaming. I also cus people the fuck out when I'm mad, but I don't yell in my mic or go on tangents or argue often, except today when I had 5 golds as Sombra in a comp game and my entire team was shit talking me with all of them basically chanting "shut up idiot" whenever I tried to talk, so I called them all fucking retarded cripples, I got reported and then muted for 2 weeks.

It's like I'm getting some sort of intense and strained bottleneck of rage and frustration and I can't let it out fast enough. I haven't broken anything but when I hit the absolute limit of my anger I do punch my bed/pillow, which doesn't happen often at all.

I don't think it really matters what terminology you use, user, but I like art that gives Roadhog a caring paternal side. He strikes me as the grumpy dad in a lot of ways, so it's nice to see when other people see him that way too!

Winston just needs a buff. Just a 10% range Buff and making his electric gun ignore armor would make him a better Rein counter; Rein needs a better counter, especially in comp.
