Make double-sided Political(or whatever, but politics seems like a good market) T-SHIRTS.
For example, on one side you could have one message/imagery, but if you look at it from another side it has a totally difficult message.
Like for example if you look at the t-shirt from the left, it shows a picture of Bernie Sanders with bottom text of "Hope. Change". But if you look at it from a different side it's an image of Adolf Hitler's head and it says "Real change" or something.
