if you shoot at certain angles on the t-34 you can shot trap the he into the tank
its at a 2.0 br tho so it should be fine

They opened the dev server yesterday and they usually do that ~4-7 days before the patch drops, but I don't have any hard evidence to quote.

It's pretty shit. It has a short-reload, but 30 mm pen isn't enough to bully anything. Your best (only) chance is trying to meme enemies by hitting the bottom of their turret to meme them through the roof of the hull.

tier 1 also has aphe with like 2kg of filler that pens like 100-130mm I dont remember which but it was in that range

E-100 was a prize for a torunament, gayjing wanted to give people something nice and they thought that since only 200 people will have it might as well give out e-100 since documents and photos of semi assembled chassis existed.
