New player here, just got past the Venus boss on Fossa with the basic Excalibur, now what the fuck do I do next? How am I supposed to get new frames/blueprints/parts ?

Weapons yes. Frames have some stat upgrades and innate polarities but they're not different in the ways that really matter if you want to forma/potato the base frame.

Fossa drops the parts for Rhino. So you run it a few times until you have Neurotics, Systems and Chasis blueprints. Then you go to the Market and buy the overall Rhino blueprint and you will be ready to build Rhino once you have enough raw materials.

didnt you notice the rhino part blueprint jackal dropped? keep killing the boss until you have all three rhino part blueprints, build them, then buy the frame blueprint from the market and build the frame itself
you also need a warframe slot which you can buy with your starter plat

Some of the best weapons aren't primes, see Tonkor/Zarr/Hek. But there are syndicate variants, just have to grind plat and mastery for those.

Every frame is given a Exalted Ult.

prime frames are always straight upgrades, even if the upgrades are minor (more armor, shield etc)
weapons usually are also straight upgrades with slight stat differences, for example the prime version has more overall damage but slightly lower damage/chance in a certain category

Mandatory no but some of them have improvements that vary from marginal to considerable. For example Excaligoy only has 50 more armor than regular Excalibur so that's an example of marginal improvement. Saryn has more armor, energy and a faster movement speed over her normal variant which is considerable but not game changing; You'd still play either of them the same way.

How many missions have you run there and how long do you stay? Did you find any axi e1 relics? Just asking because i can't find a single one for the past several days.

both, if you put sigil on your warframe you can farm up to [your level]*1000+1000 standing daily

or play missions, that give some standing, and collect medalions that give another extra standing.

Most efficient way to get Endo is Rathuum.

If we're all robots, then yes keep unlocking those planets as your #1 priority. But the truth is we're not robots and we all love to dick around. So if you see something you fancy, then out the planet hopping aside and go get it instead.

You will probably be missing some raw materials to build Rhino tho, even if you got all the blueprints. So maybe ask here and some folks can taxi you to some missions you haven't unlocked yet to collect those materials. This goes for Warframe blueprints on later planets to. If you are really in love with Valkyr for example, like a lot of people seem to be, ask around and maybe some people can taxi you to the Jupiter mission for her prints.

Both. For the credits being super easy thing, it's just that most missions people grind to farm for things (e.g Heiracon on Pluto for Endo/Axi Relics), also give good money

It's all a lie. Drop rates aren't real and the game runs off of an algorithm that checks how many rares you've gotten in a recent time period and gives you an appropriate "rarity."

If you're really bad at spy maybe. Each run should take you like 7 minutes tops, and it should take you less than 100 runs (even given shitty rng) to collect all her parts.

It took me around 67 total and that was with pretty bad luck.

You should be able to trade all frame blueprints, not just primes.
