I can't say much for charlotta but looking at her skillset I do feel izmir is for if you need pure, absurd damage dealing that keeps on scaling, and charlotta if you need utility. if you feel either is lacking then go with that, otherwise just pick with your heart

Izmir is the best water attacker that isn't a limited, you won't regret her. Save Charlotte for later if anything. Also, Riruru is great and a top qt, you don't need Altair if you want to pick waifus only! (He's still great though and if you ever change your mind you can pick him, but Riruru is still top qt!)

I feel kind of weird with my current setup of her, yoda, and Romeo. Most of the fights are just me getting yoda to do his flat damage and all riruru does is give him that little extra bit of meter charge.
