He got buffed to fuck.
You lose 0/20/40/60 heal in exchange for using less mana. Longer cooldowns at levels 1 and 2 for the heal and repel is pretty forgettable level 1, but it's no longer dispellable so it's in essence a 7 second bkb.
This means if a unit is both repeled and guardian angel'd they are invulnerable except to bkb piercing pure damage. Which is limited to rupture, sunstrike, Lina Aghs and Pudge hook.

And at level 25 your purification goes from a MOAB to a tactical fucking nuke, 500 pure damage + spell scaling, whoah momma.
With everyone having less hp on average (unless they take all their +hp talents which means they're doing less damage) Purification goes to one of the strongest non ultimate spells in game. It's definitely top 5 if you take the bonus damage perk.
Only a handful of spells actually do more damage and it's the strongest single target heal in the game. Only Chen's heal is stronger, being a teamwide 400 strength heal.

Also on that note, Tiny is now the strongest nuker in the game if he takes the +200 avalanche damage talent. On a tossed target that's an extra 400 damage, so avalanche does 500 damage to all unit, 1000 damage to the poor motherfucker who got tossed, and then anyone at the impact takes another 500 Toss damage. 540 with Aghs.

1540 damage to a single target, 1140 damage to everyone in the 300 aoe.
