they should double the amount of melee strikes it takes to break it. 13 hits is too few but if you absolutely must break it, you gotta really take long to break it.

for that matter, you should be able to break hatches by meleeing them like 30 times too.

The Supernova has incredibly tight spread and fairly good range, but a lot of people think that shotgun=point vaguely towards enemy within 10 ft and instagib them, so they assume the Supernova is shit. There have actually been a few people posting on here about it being shit.
