The missions are free, but there's two catches.
First of all, if you damage the vehicle you steal, it adds up repair costs.
The one I just got, I just killed the driver and costed $1k.
Second, at the moment of selling vehicles, each buyer has specific requierements, so you'll have to mod them.
That's the catch.
