I do, yes. Explosions and muzzle flashes are a colossal bitch and often require multiple playbacks to get right since post FX only show up when the video is played and not when you seek by moving the marker. What I usually do is set a marker a second or two before the moment I want to capture and then set its playback speed to 20% or 5%. This slows down the action enough to make it easy to pause the clip at a good frame, set another marker and then do all the fancy camera work.

It's from the biker DLC, so it shouldn't have a level requirement. My launcher is bugged and gets a full ammo refill every time I log in, so I use the hell out of it as much as I can.
