I got whatever lighting and water mods.

It looks pretty good.

MATSO had a lot of interesting contrast and saturation and I dug it for a long while. But ultimately the greens and browns blended together in a really bad way.
Kalicolas was alright, but its oddly buggy indoors. And its brand of lighting made Theo's face look real weird.
I'm digging the hell out of Rampage, it looks fantastic. Its ambient and environmental as hell, and its the first ENB I've used that I can actually edit in game.

Neither. He's anti-authoritarian so he doesn't care for the Imperials, nor is he impressed by their failures in recent years. He's also indifferent to the Talos worship ban and thinks Ulfric is a power hungry fool. Neither side convinces him that they are a worthwhile cause to put his life on the line for.

If you held a gun to his head and made him choose, he'd probably go Imperial because he's on the path to redemption for his bandit life, and they seem more like the morally upstanding choice.

Solveig sided with the Empire. As a citizen of Solitude, she grew up with Imperial influences but she ultimately believes in Talos' effort to unify Tamriel. Being Nordborn and a founder of the Empire, she feels an obligation to serve under their banner.

That's not to say she didn't understand where the former Jarl of Windhelm was coming from, however he later proved that he did not have Skyrim's best interests in mind nor did he desire to uphold the ideal of a unified Tamriel.
