ITT: Cars you wish made it to road legal production
That's the ugliest thing I've ever seen in my life.
what is this and why is it so ugly?
Oh fuck, man, that car was amazing. It's almost nice looking, too. Just needs better headlights and grill.
Don't gay people have enough cars?
around the year 2010
Honda ran a NSX in the GT500 class of Super GT
Super GT banned MR cars from GT500
Honda decided to enter with the HSV-010 which was based on a concept car
only cars based on production models were allowed to enter GT500
Honda went around that rule by saying that the concept was "production ready"
used until 2013, when it was replaced with the NSX Concept, using the same rule of using a production ready concept car exploit like the HSV did
They kinda made a road legal version.
But the new NSX is MR, so how are they running that?
I guess not Road legal and I'll get crucified for posting this but I wish they made something like this
tfw you'll never own an awd mustang
Why would you care if a car you will never afford made it to road legal production?
IIRC they lifted the FR only rule when they did the deal with the DTM where they would use the same rules.
f1 Nippon-strong v12
derpy jet fighter styling
Wait what what is this thing?
modified 20b turbo
based on a LeMans racecar
I'm glad that rotards were btfo, but I am sad they won't be making it.
Mazdas R&D is still working on making the perfect dorito anyway.
Best car Honda ever made. Powered by formula nippon engine it sounds amazing. I'm still pissed that Honda ditched it and went for the new nsx.
RIP in peace
Kudo-san explained that the confusion came after Automotive News asked the CEO if the next “RX” Sports car would come with some short of range-extender technology, to which the CEO replied “No”. Automotive News interpreted this answer as a confirmation that the project was done.
dude flames lmao
stupid camera man
why not the real life version
looks like a tvr
i like it
tfw furai-based road car literally never ever
Well fug, that's what I get for not reading the whole thread first
its like an even uglier altima gtr
It's a high-performance Mazda rotary, why the hell would you think it would be put into production?
Concept cars fit into this category right
Please, Chevy!!! Release your glorious Ford gt killer!
I fucking love this thing and I can't figure out why
DP's suck, I can't wait for the Rolex 24 this year to not see any. Replacing them with the DPi's will make the racing so much better.

Fuck you, Nissan.
mid engined two seater Mustang
Corvette would've been blown the fuck out
tfw the ugly rental car boat we got instead of this thing
Remember the Saturn Ion Quad Coupe? This would've been that, but not slow and boring.
what the fuck
wtf i hate top gear now
You've never looked in a mirror then
why did they never make this, so sleek
What an atrocious looking car
still would have been a cheaply made piece of shit
Original. I was waiting for that response.
I always thought this thing looked rad
twin turbo V6 from a Le Mans prototype, slightly detuned to 680 hp at 8200 rpm
AWD, four wheel steering and loads of tech gadgets
expected top speed of 187 mph, except they went and tested it on Nardo to find out it does 217 mph instead
only two were ever made, no series production was ever considered because it wouldn't have been profitable or some shit
The interior has to be worth something at least. I don't know which I like more, that pointlessly massive boost gauge staring right at your face, the wonderfully retro status monitor block or the QWERTY keyboard embedded in the center console for maximum 80's TECHNOLOGY.

For shits and giggles
affordable mid-engined ~190hp V6 coupe

why do i like it? is my brain damaged in some way?
lightweight good looking affordable RWD coupe
Why wouldn't you like it?
