ana's firerate is lowered and her healgrenade doesn't heal, only leaves the effect, her sleep gets a 1 sec "slow down phase" until activating

dva gets old health and the defense matrix recharge is slowed down and the beam is narrowed and shortened, clear visual added to make it clear what area the dva is blocking

rein's shield recharge slowed down

sombra gets armor piercing magic rounds that shoot through winston/rein/dva/zarya shields

support ults build up based on % of health healed, instead of raw value, so picking multiple tanks no longer means your supports have spammable ult buttons
