What makes 90s Toyota and honda so much more reliable than the competition?

What makes 90s Toyota and honda so much more reliable than the competition?

Naturally aspirated four cylinders.

Because people that own Yota's and Honda's tend to take care of their cars. Most domestic cars get beaten and abused.

I mean considering the civic was the most sold car ever in the 90s I don't think that's actually true idk

Solid well built drivetrain that were pushing power well below their design limits, and denso electronics.

This seems to be the winning formula desu

>90's toyota
>posts a 7th gen celica

>People that own Hondas take care them
>Brought 2 Civics that had overheating issues, one had a blown head gasket on Craigslist
>Brought a Camry that had another overheating issue
>Friend's Acura Integra was toasted because the previous owner was retarded not to check the oil

Yeah no. The people who mostly own Hondas are niggers and beaners. Niggers and beaners don't know how to take care of cars. They believe in the Jap cars last forever meme and never take care of them so they become radical about it.

Bought a 97 Camry brand new and it needed a warranty head gasket in the first 20k

Before I had a 91 Celica with the same 2.2 and it tossed a rod. Replaced engine with a use one. Oil filter blew off (the threaded tube came off engine) and shut it down almost immediately. The engine knocked loudly and the oil light took 15 sec to turn off after every start. Those cars werent reliable.

>niggers and beaners only abuse hondas and toyotas
