If one ally pisses off or triggers another ally to the point where they sell their items, feed and shit then the chance of you losing is massively increased despite you not even being a factor into this whole mess.

In other words you have to not only make your allies feel good about themselves but also try and break up fights without pissing anyone off, etc.

This is dumb and I can't think of any other games that forces you to do this.
