Part 6: 1m Souls
At this point you should be getting close to 1m souls. If you aren't, farm these options, from highest reward to lowest:
>Use your last ascetic on Old Iron King
>Ruin Sentinels
>Belfry Gargolyes
>Old Dragon Slayer
>Executioner's chariot
(All of this is guaranteed 900,000, mobs and soul items should account for the rest, if you're still not there, farm the alonne knights in iron keep. Tseldora's set nets you another 136,000 from bosses if you want to look like a fool).
Part 7: Giants, Darkdiver Grandahl,
Shaded Woods, unlock the gate. Vengarl, then Darkdiver Grandahl
Drop down the Majula Pit, use the gutter skip, kill the giants and grab the forgotten key. Roll down, meet Darkdiver a second time.
Open the Shrine of Winter

Meet Grandahl a third time, buy out his Bonfire Ascetics, Burn one at King's Gate (9 left)
