I have some more specific questions because what heroes are good and not doesn't concern me, but how does the new map translate into the meta? I'm assuming supports are meant to grab bounties to substitute for pulling, or are they? As mid I don't think I should be leaving to grab those runes, but I'm not sure.

Talents are generally obvious enough but I really don't like how they take up skill points, and I'm assuming it's fine to ignore the level 10 talent depending on your hero
