Most of these are just properties they're currently pushing in the comics, TV and movie fronts but it's not 100% confirmed on who is getting into MvCI
Remember: Shuma Gorath wasn't relevant in the comics for years but was put into MvC2 and 3. Half of the heroes who get in are there because Marvel wants to push them and because the Capcom thinks they would make interesting designs.
I wouldn't put money on Miles Morales being anything more than a costume swap considering that Spider-man homecoming literally steals almost everything interesting about the character to give it to Peter (namely Ganke)

No they don't, Captain Marvel has the star and Ms. Marvel has the lightning bolt. This is not related to Infinite at all.
For MvC2 and MvC3, Capcom just asked if they could use random characters they wanted.
For MvCI they are working directly with Marvel to promote movies/main comics. Marvel have a rep that used to work for Capcom on their ass.
I'd bet that the launch roster will basically be pulled from this image. The DLC will be Xmen, FF (confirmed by leaker) and then hopefully random MvC alumni like Shuma Gorath and Modok.
