If that's anyone from a prior game it's Cipher or Pixy, MAYBE Bartlett or Pops. They would have been mid 20s during the Belkan war which would put them at late 40s during AC7. Bartlett was 42 during the events of Ace Combat 5 and this guy looks a fair bit older so I honestly wonder if it's any of them.

AC3 has an Archive section in the mission start screen that explains everything in the game.

The Geopelias are first seen coming from Megafloat. They're Neucom's version of the Night Raven. Given how Neucom was created from core members of GR who had some data with them, they just made a copy of it for Neucom.

Besides, Neucom's main schtick is developing advanted technology, so it's pretty fearsible that they were making it in Megafloat. That also gives some purpose to Megafloat other than just being a massive man-made island that gets blown up to hell by the Night Raven.

I think you meant to reply to the guy who asked that question. Me I know the story already.

Anyway, Neucom, formerly known as EASA, wasn't created by ex-GR staff. They simply became a major player thanks to the mass defection of scientists from GR to Neucom.

Try changing the mipmapping to partial instead of full. Everything else looks good. Maybe try swapping between software/hardware mode?

Not much luck I'm afraid. Partial's the same as far as I can tell and software makes the game run and sound shittier which kills the point
