Works for me, I'm sure you did this but I didn't see you mention it. You have to upload the pictures from your in-game phone to the rockstar cloud or whatever it's called. If you did this please ignore.
On a seperate note, how about being able to change our character's appearance whenever we want now? Shit should have been in since launch but it's awesome.
