you can step vanish if you're out of certain range or if you aren't locked on to your opponent if you're guard broken

Step vanishing while stamina broken is literally a glitch. You can't even perform it until you press light attack. Not to mention people can just break their own stamina and step vanish until it comes back because you're near intangible.

I never said it did cost stamina. It is a glitch. You have to be under certain conditions to step vanish while you're stamina broken. This means they didn't want you to step vanish while stamina broken. If they didn't care, why is it different in the first place?

So I have a possible bug. I can't get Burning spin and Ice cannon as ults. I have every wish except the second more ults. I have Hit's move and Negative energy ball, it just refuses to show the second ult wish. Do I need to unlock the dragons first?

They're nothing alike. The jump vanish could only work in one direction off of a jump. You can't even jump in the air in xv2. They didn't make you impossible to hit either. You're comparing apples and oranges
