Quests have always been good at giving benefits to skilling, but never to combat or moneymaking.

All BiS gear for should be locked behind a mix of skilling, quests, and combat, to force lorefags to learn how to boss and skill beyond quest reqs, to force pvmfags to stop acting like runegame is WoW and pay attention to something that isn't combat, and to have xpfags actually do something that isn't grinding.
