My car has this one sticker on the hatch that's old and faded (It was originally a ski club car and it just has some website and says 'UCD Alpine Ski team on the right). It goes all the way across the hatch almost. Can I just walk into a sticker shop and have them remake it? How would that work?

Even at 300K miles, if the rebuild was done right it would definitely go 400K+ miles. That being said, I personally wouldn't buy one with that many miles. I absolutely love my car and would definitely recommend one, but they're still not so great. It's a 30-year old car, so you have to expect things to randomly go wrong. And that one isn't even a GT-S (Way nicer seats, IRS, 4-wheel discs, fender flares). Also, I would look out for the '85 with a slightly redesigned 22R-E (Same engine used from 85-95) so certain parts are easier to find. Where I live, I definitely wouldn't have bought one because there are always pretty nice ones for sale popping up occasionally. As a second beater though, sure, could be a good buy
