A 5* in RK isn't the same as a 5* in BE, is something a lot of people don't realize.

Most RK 5*s are onpar with some BE 3*s. A single 5* base in BE is the equivalent of pulling the entire Holy Trinity at once in RK.

So replace "long grueling hours of empowering" with "getting really lucky on a gacha".
His stats ARE pretty low at 5*, though, but BE is structured in a way that that doesn't matter.
