She is strong but the lack of mobility makes her effectiveness limited if the team has someone to counter her, the fire is op af pls nerf.

Tyra is quite fun but if the enemy has half competent flankers she's completely useless. You know how Viktor goes down if anyone simply looks at him? Imagine a champ without even a sprint ability.

Also the fire rapes Makoa during his ulti, hehehehe.

And this match I just played had us have our shit pushed in by a Cassie/Tyra team that was doing the exact thing I knew they would.

Well, as said, it's probably done in steps. So, cauterize would apply on the already-reduced healing rate, reducing it by a further 30/60/90%, to the point they might as well not even bother healing anyone.
