Generally, I think res needs to be reworked.
For the most part, Mercy is a shitty hero with a great ulti.
If she gets buffed, res becomes too prominent. If she doesn't, she's stuck with a shitty kit.

Maybe rework it to charge much faster, but limit it to single target or very small AoE. Would let her keep the same general roll, make her better at sustain, but prevent res from become a undo-teamfight button.

Letting her use an untargetted GA for double the cooldown would let her get back in the fight a lot quicker, which is one of her biggest issues.

Giving her some sort of Pharah style vertical jump would also be great for when a teammate is up on a ledge or something, and would also do a lot for her general mobility. This is more of a person QOL request though.
