Yes, she can still function well, just not to the extent of pre-nerf bayo obviously. She's still a very solid character with a lot of good qualities.
Shes about as good as Ryu.

it's not like that, I played the game regularly for about a year, then bayo released and she became my favorite and I played the heck out of her. when she got nerfed I was pretty exhausted with the game as whole and didn't want to relearn some good character so I just quit

This is not true, the author misread the thing. All it says is that old conquests will return, and participating in those conquests will net you custom moves, not that the game is getting an update.
Does any one here lab movement options in Smash 4? Or do they just spam safe aerials as Cloud and flowchart cookie cutter combos?
