Being an admin isn't a linear path. You don't become a trialmin, then an admin, then a headmin, then the host. You contribute what you want as long as you are willing. There are people like Soca who you listen to hands down no matter what she's saying because she's been there 4 times longer than you no matter what you think shes' seen it. There are people who have been there a long time and are burnt out and offer bad advice or would do a bad job.

JSG has the eyes of.. well lets not lie about it pretty much everyone on him. And I have confidence in him.

Partially because I worked at making trialmin training run itself as much as I could so the next person had an easier job.

I have faith in him and I sure as hell wouldn't have said to Celt he'd make a good fit if I didn't. He's not alone if we're together and support him doing his job by giving trial admin feedback. He can be as good as we can help him. And he's willing to be that good.
