Who do I play in SFV if I was want to be a really obnoxious poking footsie faggot?

I don't know what it is about Street Fighter. In BB, GG, MK, SG, hell even Injustice I bothered learning real combos and got in depth. But in SF I find myself having no patience to go look up how to play a character I just like footsie wars.

because bursts in skullgirls don't save you from getting hit and holding the damage, they keep your opponent from killing you with stupid one-move loops and tods.

and like the clip showed, even a burst bait isn't guaranteed..you can alpha out and make it safe, catching your attacker off guard.
(this can actually be a godlike option if you have a character using dash assist.)

I lost a friend playing BlazBlue CT using Tager and abusing sledge hammer super armor. Still proud of that to this day.

He got somewhat heavy nerfs, but all the system changes and changes to other characters benefit him.

Like shit changed so much that he mightve ended up being busted.

It definitely does. V-trigger scissors startup was reduced too, so pretty sure you can do it in V-trigger now as well.

I really want to play SF because I find it pretty funny. But capcom just fucks it all up. Its just not good enough to be 2016. The DLC, the netcode, the fact that it takes several minutes to find a game and then play versus someone. COME ON
