The stance look/scene/aesthetic just seems, among everything else, completely impractical.

Inconsistent tire wear
Expensive component list
Extremely limits resale market and value
Narrow real, day-to-day, fan base appreciation
Poor suspension travel and general performance
Non-stop cringe inducing daily situations: potholes, speed bumps, driveways, ramps, towing (when applicable) etc.

If people that enjoy "stancing" agree with at least some of the hang-ups above, yet claim "its just for short cruises and meet-ups" then I get it... a niche scene that you enjoy for the aesthetics/uniqueness/pageantry. Otherwise I think I'm getting old and just "don't get it".
