I play only Tempo Elf and Mid Sword. They feel pretty much the same to be honest, just with their power plays at different places in the mana curve. I hear PtP elf is more interesting though

Had a very suspicious game where an elf player was going out of his way to make bad trades/evolves so that he had the same number of minions as me when I had double whole soul strike as two of the three cards in my hand for much of the match.

Probably a co-incidence but he was doing pointless bounces to trade 1 for 1 with roach rather than just evolve for a good trade.

What are the tournament formats like in SV? Is it like RNGstone where you bring 3-5 decks and do something like conquest or like magic or other CGs where you just bring one and do Bo5s with that?

Everyone has 4k+ gold saved up for RoB and here I am just started last weekend. Fastest way to catch up? T2?

Usually either 2 out of 3 with 2 decks each or 3 out of 5 with 3 decks each.

So far the format I've seen is you bring two decks for two different crafts and play best of 3.

You have to win with both decks.

Best way to catch up will be to drop real money on the preconstructed decks when they release.

T2 works in the meantime, because you probably have a bunch of tickets and you're guaranteed at least a card pack.

I would suggest not to T2 since you're just going to get your ass kicked and loose all your money. It happened to me but I wanted to git gud rather than worry about the money.

I'm probably gonna get 3 Elf, 3 Shadow/Blood, and then one of something idk. I want to have the Elf stuff since it's forever viable because CyGames loves it's posterchild. Shadow is my favorite craft, so it's a given, plus I can dust whatever I already own to get whatever Blood stuff I'm missing, or I can do vice-versa. The last one is probably gonna be a Shadow or Blood one too, whichever I didn't get.
I'm so happy they're releasing these.

I don't think Shadow needs buffs personally, but it's both the least successful deck in ladder and tournaments through DE.
