it brings up a window, at the top right is memory limit
change it to 512 or something

Rename System32 to System512 you moron.

The menu where you disable addons has an option to change memory limit.

Outdoor pvp in this game is complete dogshit. It simply doesnt exist.
Enemy attacking you first has advantage, thats okay.
Eenemy attacking you while you are engaged with npc or low on health, thats okay too.
More than 1 enemy ganking up on you, and this is okay.
In all this situations your chance of surviving and winning isnt zero.
But when every enemy and I mean really every, people here dont attack you unless they have 100% chance of success, is a fucking red or skull and resists your every spell, this is not okay. People who were behind this design are clueless.
