Does the extreme cold tend to affect motorcycle electronics particularly? Was riding my CBR250R (only 5500 or so miles) and the high beams weren't kicking in after riding in cold weather (high 30s low 40s) and wind chill until the end of the ride and I was parking. I also notice the oil pump takes a fair while to prime and whine when it's this cold, but don't have those issues when it's above 50 F or so.
