Almost near usable mid-fight because of damage cc, only really useful for health packs at all.

>widow wallhacks
Pretty null when hanzo has this as a normal ability at the places you need it

>bastion self repair
Freezes self even on recon mod, damage cc with a character that has a mile wide hotbox and moves like a slug, and sounds like a train when walking.

>RIPtire
Telegraphed like a motherfucker, 100 health that is so easy to clip, can be damaged during startup animation, leaves player completely vulnerable with a high risk low reward circumstance.

>Primal Rage
Can't get a reliable kill without a situational ledge, hotbox the size of a barn, give enemy team 30% for free because not a real damaging threat, and hard countered by armor

>Venom Mine
Literally useless. It only acts as a warning when your flank is being enters, but has numerous ways to be avoided, destroyed even if it does tell you, and does such negligible damage that the ability itself is moot.

How would you buff these turds?

Rip Tire really needs to be made smaller and probably given more health too. Should be a lot more difficult to shut down considering there are counters to it outside of shooting it down (Zarya comes to mind)

Friendly reminder, it's mathematically proven to be more damage to shoot a tardem with mercy than it is to damage boost any hero.

E: uses the thruster mode again but you wave it about as a flamethrower, drawback is your feet have to clamp down in place so you're stationary and only have a 180 degree window of attack

Q: the huge shockwave punch seen in the cinematic trailer that does huge damage to whoever it hits but also blows back every enemy within a large radius

basically for dispersing crowds and making people regret going near him, needs long range heroes and good support to deal with
