What's the funnest coupe to DD?

>any 3series coupe
>much comfy
>so sporty

A 60s impala with a blown big block
>Comfy to drive
>Power
>Will scare the fuck out of you for fun

This poster is a skeleton.

>comfy
Lacks most creature comforts.
>Power
Debatable.
>Will scare the fuck out of your for fun
Due to it being a death trap?

>Lacks most creature comforts.
A full size coupe of the era has air conditioning, a heater, you can do the stereo yourself for cheap and bench seats are supremely comfortable. Also automatic transmissions and supple suspension is nice.
>Debatable.
A blown big block is anywhere in the neighborhood of 400+ hp all the way to a 1000+ but at that point it isn't really daily able.
>Due to it being a death trap?
Yes

That all depends on you OP. Everyone is different.

The point of the thread is clearly to tell OP what your favorite is, dingus.

What's the Ford equivalent of a 60s impala?

My favorite is the one that splits your ass so wide, you're labelled as incontinent the rest of your life.

Galaxie / Torino / Fairlane

Why do Fords always look a decade behind the times?

>What's the funnest coupe to DD?

Big, loud, looks good, goes fast.

Mine

>goes fast.
Maybe on Route 66.

You might be a little fucked approaching one of these.

>muh can't turn memes

Come on, even if that was the case, at least he won't look like a fag driving a Miata.

Op didn't ask for cars that made him look macho tho

>OP posts die-cast of third-gen
>not "macho"

k

Lol I've taken my SRT 392 up through the mountain passes near Los Angeles and kept up with my buddy's C5 zo6 every time.

The brakes, suspension, and tires on both the scat pack and SRT models are amazing (tires not so much on the scat pack) and let you throw it into corners like a smaller car.

A Dodge charger is basically a sign that says "fuck my asshole"

That's a challenger
I'm memeing you dip

>Using a 10+ year old bargain mobile as a benchmark.

>The brakes, suspension, and tires on both the scat pack and SRT models are amazing (tires not so much on the scat pack) and let you throw it into corners like a smaller car.

Curb weight: 4,279 lbs

How much smaller is "smaller"?

3800 lbs

Nice, them halos aftermarket or photoshopped?

You can't even tell the difference between the two.

Also, Challenger is the only one large enough to daily drive comfortably. Everything else is designed for manlets and can't even fit set of golf clubs in the back.

I think '15+ Challengers have the BMW drls.

I know they come stock with halos, I have a Scat Pack. Just asking cause mine aren't that bright.

Maybe his camera is bad at low light photos?

>Challenger is the only one large enough to daily drive comfortably. Everything else is designed for manlets and can't even fit set of golf clubs in the back
Erroneous.
t. 6'2 user who DD a GT and play golf every Friday

ZoMg so tight guize

>ZoMg so tight guize
Referring to your budget

Someone couldn't afford the Sync 3

>space is only about leg space

>NEVER MIND MY ARMS AND HEAD ALL GOOD HERE BOSS

About 3" from top of head to roof

That feel when I get 12.5mpg in my v6 with a performance tune.

Then again I live and mostly drive stop/go traffic in New York.

Do you mostly drive highway?

Can someone explain why everyone on Veeky Forums is apparently 6'2?

When will they ever learn

I very rarely drive highways

That's no highway at all.

Even in my 6.4L I manage 20mpg of spirited highway driving.

Do you know what kind of mileage you get when you do? Another user told me he gets about 17-18mpg mostly highway driving.

I'm pretty upset about getting v8 mileage in a v6 lol (even if I have about 350hp at the crank with the mods)

I get 28 highway with cruise control :^)

Do you have a 4 cylinder delete?

My GT gets just between 16-17 mpg when driving on highways and with traffic lights

If I start the trip timer before a highway only trip I get about 21 mog but it goes to shit once I get off the highway

Tbh I loathe to bog the engine so I'm usually in a bit of a lower gear than other people would be

It's a '15

4 cylinders deactivate once the car has reached a stable speed

Eh, thats great and all, but it takes away from the fun of driving a coyote in the first place. I guess it's useful if you're feeling really zen that day. You never go WOT?

>ZoMg

What is this, 2003?

>P
>R
>N
>D

That isn't all cruise control.

And I don't use cruise control on short trips.

Yeah, it's an automatic.

Focus ST next to it?

Just oldfag, pic very related

Are you black by chance?

No, why would I be?

that image is so accurate its horrifying
ITS BECAUSE YOU DRIVE A NIGGER CAR
No clue.

>challenger
>nigger car

Since when?

It's a boomer mobile.

>thinks a rwd sports car that weighs 3100 lbs and has 405 HP isn't a good bench mark vehicle

Someone seems uninformed but whatever. I used to think the challenger couldn't turn until I actually drove one and liked it so much I bought one. It's no 6th gem Camaro but it hauls ass in the straights abd can be pushed hard in the twisties
