Yes, as is always the case with league specific uniques. There are quite a few interesting/build enabling ones, Xoph's amulet, Esh's amulet, Tul's Perfect Form, Uul's Surrender, Chayula's +1 tabula, and all the unique jewels, I think it's the first league in a while where all the new uniques are not complete garbage end game.

Am I imagining things or did they stealth buff trial/lab traps? I remember one spike trap bringing me to 25% health with bleed, now it will absolutely kill 100% of my hp, 50% with bleed immunity.
And slayer builds can no longer afk in traps with life leech, the only reason I even made this shitty slayer build.

Have you even done the new trap layouts in labs? Some of them literally have no safe zone at all. It's bullshit and only makes certain builds viable to even walk through like nothing's in the way. Traps aren't fun, they ruin the game.

Barring a few unique exceptions, it just seems like Armor+ES nodes aren't worth putting points into and the gear itself has low base values that make it overall just not fun or effective to use opposed to pure armor or pure ES gear.

Well I just came off of playing a EQ Zerker with 60% reduction before Fortify, Basalt and 5 End Charges and didn't have much of a problem by way of tanking hits, but ES+Armor, even compared to ES+Ev and Armor+Ev seems to suffer from both low base values on gear and very few nodes to increase said values.
Additionally, prior to my zerker I also played a trickster who had decent evasion rating and ES buffer. Maybe I'm jut doing something wrong.

I've ran into a couple where there's no place to not take damage even if you'd move at the correct pace through all of it. Some of them are fucking long too without any safe spots inbetween.

How? Am I doing something wrong with my slayer because I can't leech to save my life. I have endless hunger and brutal fervour, almost 100k buffed dps. I one shot a few enemies to get max leech, run into traps and it makes no difference at all.
