Pimp form gives Freezy Pops a 30% boost to ki blast skills, so I'd say go for that

Maxi-Fusion isn't as helpful as it should be unless it's one of the stupid "defeat everyone at the same time!" quests

Maxi-Fusion also revives any KO'd allies.

Well, the only known 'birth' was Buuby, the female that Majin Buu made, which was instantly an adult, I'm not sure how fast the kid here would grow. There's ths 'kids' in Xenoverse 2, but it seems more like they were made that way intentionally. If we go based on Buuby then Pumki would be pushing out a nearly fully grown majin woman, but the kid would also beh alf-saiyan, so there's that to consider

What would your ultimate be?

Depends on how you fight.
Power Pole Pro is good for giving you Super Armor, insane reach, and high basic melee damage. No ki needed to activate too. But you can't use skills.

Kaio-ken is great with the new Super Soul, Ssgss Goku's. You hit hard, can use skills, and move quicker too. But you still take more damage and x20 still drains Stamina quickly.

PU is overall the technical best, but it's basically Super Saiyan 2. Its good, but not quite as fun as the others and you need 500 Ki to use it,

Potential unleashed if you're a ki guy, Power Pole Pro for... I don't know actually.
Kaioken if you have the new super soul that came with the dlc

Ultimate would probably be some mix between Molotov and Dragonfist, so like a time skipping dragon fist?
