They don't salt everywhere. It varies by region. Parts of Northern California and mountainous regions get cold enough to warrant salt

I'm surprised Arizona doesn't. Prescott and everything north of there actually gets snow in the winter.

Saved as "rust belt visualized"

Not sure that's accurate. I know for a fact ND uses sand.

Second
Idaho does NOT use salt

I just watched my street get salted last week in WA

>North Dakota
Suicide

Live in Flagstaff AZ, up here they have trucks that burn wood and drops the hot crushed embers on the road. I guess the embers melt the ice and crush into traction giving little bits of grit.

I don't ever recall Oklahoma salting roads. I remember sand when it would occasionally snow but never salt.

Seattle? There was so much fucking salt that I just opted to take the bus to save my shitbox.

Maybe if people could drive in this pice of shit city then so many problems would be fixed.

Here in Illinois we often run out of salt by February and use beet juice.

>tfw Georgia
>tfw summer tires all year round
>tfw no salt
>tfw not flyover
>tfw not Florida
>tfw not a libtard haven
>tfw OG 13 State
Truly how God intended America to be

Does North Dakota use anything??

canucks blood

Three salt trucks in Lawton
About 20 minutes south so more or less.

>largest city inhabited by minorities

>living in the city
They still haven't figured it out. Doesn't matter what state you're in, rural/suburb is always where it's at. Fuck cities.

>leaving out onterrible
thank god. otherwise, it'd be dark red and or black

>up here they have trucks that burn wood and drops the hot crushed embers on the road
That's so cool.

>Prescott
They tried that but all the car clubs went ape shit. I don't know why, but Prescott is a major city for car/bike clubs.

Hey, that town I always passed through going on school field trips.

Flagstaff will always have a special place in my heart, even if my time living in Arizona was shit.

California would do anything to waste taxpayer money

cali drivers are terrible, of course they salt roads.

Of course, in socal there is no snow, so they don't salt the roads

>live in NorCal
>near 299 and 199
>chains or snow tires required in winter
>have never seen them salt the roads once

it's only mono and inyo counties, and they use premixed salt brine, not just pure salt, applied before the snow comes
>dot.ca.gov/hq/paffairs/news/pressrel/14pr019.htm

>he doesn't know about the touges southwest of Prescott

>hedging your comments this hard

>posts whore who's best video involves her burning coal

This isn't very accurate. Each county does it differently. For example, King county which has Seattle in it uses salt, while Snohomish does not.

SD doesn't salt unless something changed.

Upstate NY and VT both use sand mixes, too.

one thing no emissions testing bud

Because norust
