I haven't experienced that many problems with it, but do make sure to turn off civilian and hostile spawns for the best experience. It does have a few bugs here and there but I personally find it a really fun addition to the game.

You don't have to. You install the mod, open Bodyslide, export the outfit in UNPB. Once an outfit is UUNP, it doesn't need to be anything else.
