He's good, but he's selfish. He does not fill the role of S.Zoi or anything close, and he doesn't completely fuck over any gameplay mechanics like S.Zoi did (he does not make your whole team shit out millions of damage with a snap of his fingers). It seems like it's implied to be where the otherworld is? The EX coop mission story is about the bottom of the sky and enemies that look/sound like otherworld enemies show up in the cutscenes IIRC
