His head is too thin from the side. He looks ok from the front and from 3/4ths, but the side view is weird. The problem isn't as apparent when you enlarge the pic but you'll notice it really easily from the thumbnail.

The weight of the middle one is uneven. His left shoulder is higher than his right so it looks like his pose is slightly awkward. You're doing much better with the snootle and the eyes though. Keep at it.
