Veight's probably worth running in aggro just because he dodges 1 damage spells and Killer Devil doesn't. Angelic Barrage might not see a return during Rise but being a major drop against Tempo Rune and Aggro Sword will probably secure him a spot in the line up even if they fall out of popularity.
