IIRC you were provided with a link to a chart showing the various grow times for different seeds and told that fertilizer decreases the time for a plant to mature by 1 hour each time you use it. So while some plants might be able to reach maturity in 18 hours if you were to fertilize them religiously, that's not necessarily the case. Gardening is a passive thing like airships or your gc squadron. If you want to generate money faster then go gather or craft shit or play the market.
